Order Fulfillment Timeframe
The delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:
Order Verification, Tailoring, Quality Check & Packaging:
All orders are submitted for processing and dispatch within 48 hours after order placement. The master jeweler and preparation facility processes the orders, which takes up to 5 business days to ensure stone setting integrity and plating durability.
Transit from Warehouse to Doorstep:
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 to 20 business days to arrive after the shipment date. Please note that occasional customs clearance inspections or regional carrier delays may extend transit times slightly.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic dispatch email containing your unique carrier tracking number. You can track your package online via:
